What is Data Capture?
It’s getting data off the page into a usable spreadsheet!
How does it work?
This is all dependant on the form (coupon, survey etc.) design and content.
If The Thinking Cap can get involved early on they can advise the best way the form is designed in order to make the form scannable and
therefore reducing your Data Capture costs, however we are aware that this is not always possible.
Some forms can be electronically scanned in and other forms may have to be hand keyed, majority maybe a mixture of both!
If an addresses is to be data captured it will be verified with the postcode address file, ensuring that the address is 100% correct.

Analysis and reporting
If once the data capture is complete you require a summary of how the campaign / survey may
have gone, a detailed report of how every question was answered can be provided. This kind
of report can be produced at the end of the campaign and supplied along with the data file.
